Annotation: In order to solve the transport problems i successfully it is necessary to develop new projects of traffic organization. The development of any project is not complete without the implementation of field surveys, which are carried out with mobile road laboratories. Implementation of the survey will help to ensure road safety, increase the capacity of roads and the efficiency of their use, organize and improve traffic conditions for vehicles and pedestrians, to prevent the occurrence of road congestion situations in the context of the ongoing growth of the level of car ownership with minimal economic losses and maximum safety (reduction of accidents and negative impacts on the environment and human health).
