Annotation: In this article we attempt to trace the evolution of rail freight tariffs in Russia since the post-war years (from the tariff reform in 1949) to the present time. This article is a continuation of the previously published articles of the author in the BTI. Chronologically, the previous article (BTI, number 8, 2014) ended with the consideration of the tariff system, which was introduced in April 1939 and lasted with minor changes till January 1, 1949
